allright jens is NOT a wanker or a tit if anything he is annoying sometimes,
he was the reason arsenal got to the champions league final
he was the reason germany got as far as they did in the world cup
he was a great keeper last year
he has always made afew mistakes it just happens that he has made two in a row, cech has made afew this year nobody doubts his quality
he was one of our best players against sparta
and there are people doubting his ability, fair enough he is 37 and coming near his end but look at the bright side at least we have 4 points with a game in hand over most teams unlike utd who have olayed 3 and have 2 points

Truly pissed off.......

Rob.
Stop nicking my sig lol
Arsenal should of attacked more if they really wanted to win it & i don't mind a draw against a 'uefa cup team', we could be wrose off like Utd & Spurs & you just never know but 2004 could loom again
Leave Jens alone as i think he is being put under pressure with people & i am hoping for a good rest of season campgin as don't forget it's not even started prob yet

i dont think he should be dropped just yet , however if he makes another howler in the next three games , a "rest "would be in order .

I would like to see Fabianski given a start if Lehmann is rested.

As a friend of mine pointed out a few weeks ago: 'You guys have the yongest squad in the Premier League yet such an old keeper.'

Lehmann's a great player and his antics really keep me amused, but I'd really like to see Fabianski get a decent run this season.

Good points. We were all praising him when he stopped that penalty against Riqueleme in that final minute...As pissed off as I was yesterday I still have faith in Mad Jens. He has been good for a long time so I can look beyond yesterday...but if he makes another mistake against City...

Dont blame Jens blame Wenger.Lehmann had a poor season last year and his contract had run out. What did Wenger do he gave him a one year contract.Lehmann is 38 he is not going to get any better and like Seaman at the end of his career the mistakes will come more often. Will Wenger have the balls to drop him now.Two mistakes in a week is reason to drop him.But is Almunia good enough?I doubt it

Yeah, i think - if he is playing, we should really get behind him against city on sat, and give him a few encouraging chants to help him. i know he'd appreciate it.

Why is everyone so down on Almunia! This poor guy had a couple of Howlers 2 seasons ago, albeit one was against Man U and its tarnished him for life! He is a very good keeper who has been perfect all of last season and pre season, don't forget he got us to the carling cup final!

Lehmann has has two howlers in the space of 7 days this week!

keep him out of the team for a few matches and let the others have a go
make him fight for his place! *word censored* is far too strong though considering what he has done for us over the years.
