Deadline day Arshavin saga

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

It doesn't fucking matter, we're going out soon anyway. We shall concentrate on nailing 4th spot now. And winning the FA Cup will be a bonus if we do. :D

Knowing Arsenal & Arsene, that statement could literally mean ANYTHING. The key word is 'POSITIVE', right? We'll who's to say that Wenger won't come out and say that he had breakfast with him this morning but the deal is still only 96% complete? :banghead:

It could also mean that he's positive that AA hasn't signed...

Yeah but the knobs at the head of the PL have granted teams permission to keep dealing granted that both clubs send an email in to them and that the FA or whatever are satisfied that the weather caused both clubs to go into overtime with the dealings! :banghead: Which just means we have to do a whole lot more anxious waiting around until the morning at least, ooh to be a gooner eh.

Personally, I'd fuck everyone else off. You've had the best part of a month to sign someone so why should the weather today halt anything? Fuck all the clubs I'd say, tough luck. :banghead:
