ITV

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Yeah, blue mousers were attacking when suddenlt the ITV logo came on the screen followed by the VW "Only have to beat yourself" advert. When it cut back to the game they were celebrating. Fucking numpties! 120minutes of shite and they missed the only goal. Fucktards

Fucking hilarious.

I'm just picturing the scousers as the pictures returned.

I bet the ITV phone line is swamped with Mickies moaning.

The Echo is bound to run a 6 page spread on how the "london media" hate Liverpool.

A minutes silence, with reds and blues stood arm in arm in Stanley Park?

Paul McCartney to re-release the Pipes of Peace reworded to "ITV hates scousers"

Cilla Black to refuse to do any more shows of "Blind Date" on ITV.

ITV is the absolute pits when it comes to broadcasting football and they've hit a new low with this one....I know BBC aren't perfect but their coverage is a damn sight better than anything ITV pretends to be.

Their commentators are muppets as well, with Clive manc Tyldsley and will never forget their commentators urging Liverpool on during the Champions League Quaters last season and when Theo went on his 80 yard run the co commentator saying how Aurellio should have fouled him...fucking muppet

They'd have done better showing 2 hours of adverts

mark my words - i bet it was some sort of chinese betting scam :barscarf: like when the floodlights went out at Crystal Palace

just enough time left for everyone to lump on the 0-0 draw and then suprise, suprise Everton score and all those draw punters lose there dosh

Well it made my fucking day. One minute cursing the TV and the next watching the Blue half taking the piss out of the Victims.

And anyone else how quickly their section of the ground emptied after that. Worse fans in the world - far worse than ours. All their plastic wanker fans from the Home Counties were no doubt jamming the phone lines last night calling for Benitez head. And no doubt Benitez will whinge at the Yanks tom give him another 60m to blow

Tossers...hope they win fuck all, even it means the Mancs cashing in again

True - My hate is with the Co-commentators. They've had awful ones Atkinson, Graham Taylor and the latest (don't know about last night) is usually the worst!!! David 'fucking' Pleat. :banghead:
In the past I've had to turn the sound off.

Who remembers Jonathan Pearce when he was brillant on Capital Gold sports :?:

Still remember when Capital Gold released a cassette (remember them!!!) of our 94 CWC Campaign. Pearce commentated every game, absolute delerium at the most trivial of things, like Eddie McGoldrick for example!

Likewise. My Dad had it on a constant loop in the car for the best part of 2 years! That and the 93 cup final song: Shouting for the Gunners
