I am sorry but I cannot take any team with song in it seriously :x
I also dont see the point in taking our main goalscoring threat of late (rvp) and putting him further away from the goals by playing him on the wing :? Especially when you consider you have "mr 80k a week so I can afford to be a lazy bastard greedybayor" up front instead :banghead:

For me, the only place RvP should play for Arsenal is as the front most striker.

His main strength is shooting.

I am not a big fan of his for various reasons but IF we are going to play him, and he is in form at the moment, that should be his role.

i agree , but with what our injury situation is :banghead: , and wenger not buying a CDM,CB,GK etc, etc  , i think its the best team we can hope for, id rather see vela than eboue on the wing.

I remember during the unbeaten season Wenger threw a bit of a curve-ball up at Anfield and played Aliadiere instead of Kanu, Wiltord and Bergkamp.

I just wonder if, as we've been so poor lately, he might just do something out of the ordinary on Sunday and line up like this:

Almunia
Sagna-Djourou-Gallas-Clichy
Song
Bendtner-Nasri-Wilshere
Van Persie-Adebayor

It would certainly take Tottenham by surprise and might be enough to put them off the inspiration they will get from their new signings playing at home.

Then again, Arsene isn't that brave these days, so we can expect the usual!!

Surprises can be nice, but Bendtner right wing is not one of them.

GREAT NEWS FROM ARSENAL.COM....

Emmanuel Eboue has declared himself fit for Sunday's North London derby against Tottenham.

The Ivorian was injured during last weekend's 0-0 draw with West Ham United but is ready to face Spurs in what he describes as a "very, very important game".

Did anyone see Tony Gale on SSN this morning. Thinks that spurs will come out all guns blazing and arsenal will just pick them off and win. Now an arsenal of the past would, but when have arsenal last done that to any team. Its normally 1-0 85 minute. Not that i wouldn't take that on sunday, but Tony Gale is a so called 'expert'. If it happens ill hold my hands up but i believe it will be very tense.

Christ I'm not sure about this one. The kick-off time doesn't suit for a defeat as it leaves a lot of drinking time for the rest of Sunday to wallow in. However it's great for a win.

I can see our feeble midfield being over ran and this might not be the worst thing as they won't have time to ponce around a la West Ham and will have to play the ball faster and more directly to the strikers. Still unsure how it will all end though.

Lol is all I have to say about that ever happening! You're right though this team does need shaking up, only problem is we still don't have the players to do so.

Well, if Basyl is right and Eboue has been declared fit, then I think the team will be very predictable.....

-------------------ALMUNIA

SAGNA-----GALLAS-----DJOUROU-----CLICHY

EBOUE------SONG------DENILSON-------NASRI

-----------VAN PERSIE--ADEBAYOR
