CARDIFF CUP THREAD PART 2

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Imagine how many this would have been if Bendtner was a proper striker
thats how many a proper striker would have scored himself!!!

Good performance by the team and a good result.
Was great to see Eddy back and banging them in.

IF andit really is a big if they can take that form into the league then we justmight be okay.

Great to see eduardo back with 2 goals and yes he looked a bit rusty at times (to be expected of course) but the 60 odd minutes he got tonight will hopefully bring him on in leaps and bounds 8) Anybody know why he went straight down the tunnel with what appeared to be one of our medical staff ? Bit of a concern I'd say :worried:

I have to say that wenger's substitutions most of the time baffle the hell out of me and none more so than tonight. Why bring on rvp in a game that was already 3 nil and in the bag ? That yellow card suggestion doesnt wash with me cos he could just as easily got injured tonight ruling him out of some important league games  Daft fcuking decision in my book anyway :x I would also take issue with wenger taking off vela - here is a young player who appears to have tons of potential but isnt get anywhere near enough game time :( Why not take off the dude, put vela up front and bring in wilshire ? Makes more bloody sense to me anyway.

Thought our right wing was outstanding tonight - I know it was a home game and many of you claim nasri only plays well in home games but I thought himself and sagna (my motm) linked up very well 8) I was quite surprised to see gibbs in trouble on a few occasions though - again he looks like a good prospect to me but he looked anything but secure tonight :o

Should also say that, although I am no fan of bedtner, I thought he spoke well afterwards in the interview on sultana. There was no air of arrogance and dealt with the paper stories quite well when put to him 8)

Finally could somebody tell craig burley to please go and fcuk himself - him and jamie fcuking redknapp piss me off more than any other "experts" ( ) on tv
