SUNDERLAND GAME THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Chunky's Gooners are live on sultana saturday ??? My misses will be well pleased cos she was taking the piss asking if the game will be on youtube next week

On a serious level I was well pleased when I thought that arshavin would be making his debut on saturday and I would be there to witness it but tonights performance (I know it was against a championship side) allied to the return of superman (eboue  ) suggests that he will probably at best only get 10 or 15 minutes if that even :(

Judging by tonight we don't need Arshavin. :barscarf:

The Cardiff game was our best performance in months.
Since Utd at home to be precise.

All it proved is we can beat championship sides.Ashavin must start. What is the point in paying £15m to warm the bench.

Eduardo and RVP upfront.I would play Vela on the left Nasri on the right and Denilson and Ashavin in the middle. But i bet Wenger plays his son

Relax there, Arshavin was ineligible for tonight.

Enjoy the win. :barscarf:

For the first time in ages I'm super confident of a victory. In fact I'd be amazed at nothing less than an easy win. Oh christ there goes I've jinxed it now and we'll lose 2-1!!

2-0, Eduardo and RVP. Arshavin makes his debut and sets up the second. Eboue trips over the advertising boards and breaks both legs......

Any way of getting Setanta Ireland in England (ie, anyone in Ireland want to sign up and post me their viewing card? There's a genuine BBC/ITV viewing card in the offering in return... just think of all the Eastenders you'll be able to see )

Sadly the stations over here subject us to Eastenders too digger so no deal!! Worth watching it for a bit of this though -
