GET WELL SOON SUFFOLK !

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

You're right about the Guinness, Gus.

Many years ago, I had a very high BP reading. Stopped drinking the black stuff. Went on bitter. Lots of it. BP dropped straight away. Something to do with the iron content, I believe.

High BP is easily controlable. Keep taking the tablets. You'll be fine. 8)

I've been on tablets for the last few years. Also tablets for high cholesterol. Brilliant. You can eat all sorts of fatty food. And still have low cholesterol! :D

Get well soon, Norfolk.

I think I met you at a pre-season training day at the Grove.

Aw. You can still sample the odd one.

I do.

Just not very often. And not very many.

I limit myself to a few pints on St Patrick's Day. Even though I'm not Irish. :)

Ian i had a heart attack two years ago on the golf course, the doctors put a stent in my Heart to keep the valves open. I was told to give up smoking watch what i eat and get plenty of exercise. Needless to say I have disobeyed all three :banghead:
