Listen for the bell you twats!!
How the fuck can we not have players ready to take to the field of play at the end of half time. The bell is rung two minutes before each half to get the players out (obviously more for the leading out but still 2 minutes from when you need the players out).
We then have the embarrassment of getting a player given a C7 caution for that stupidity and a yellow card is a yellow card. The ref is under no obligation to head count the players in the second half but would do so for the first half given all the warm up etc. If the ref was to wait for the players then the players would then become the timekeeper of the game hence they are not waited for.
I know the ref will probably get slagged for it but got too look closer to home. Toure even had the bottle to show how ignorant he is of the laws of the game when in the post match interview he said he didn't know he couldn't do that. So we pay thousands each week and the knobs don't know the laws of the game they are playing, fantastic.
In fairness when I was reffing, and thankfully I did do up to a good standard having the pleasure of reffing John Lukic in his last playing year, the amount of players that I asked to leave the field of play to remove jewellry which they couldn't be arsed to do in the changing room was amazing. Of course they ran off took it off and ran back on and earning themselves a caution like Toure did tonight, 2 ways to learn in life.
