Your Arsenal Cult Hero's

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Mine has to be Ray Parlour.

I like those naming Baptista - great quiz question of years to come, who were the only people to score hat-tricks at Anfield in 2006-2007? Crouch and The Beast (probably the worst 2 players ever to score hat-tricks at Anfield!)

Who said Eddie McGodrick? The subject was CULT heroes, not CU*T heroes!

So many to choose from:

Sammy Nelson: "To do a Sammy"!

Willie Young: for the perfect professional foul, on a 17 year old Paul Allen in the 1980 FA Cup Final

Vladimir Petrovic: the first continental player I remember playing for the Arse

John Hollins: the best penalty taker ever, even if he did become Chelsea manager

Malcolm "Supermac" Macdonald: the best bandy legged player ever. And he even had a great transfer fee: £333,333

Lee Dixon: scorer of great own goals

Nigel Winterburn: scorer of great goals at Stamford Bridge and rubbish goal celebrator

Oleg Luzhny: The Horse!!!

Pat Rice has stayed loyal to the club for decades, anyone else remember how he used to kick the ball out from the tunnel just before the players emerged....and Eddie Kelly was a total nutter....loved him !!!!
