W B A THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

no it was because liverpool at the time were seeing villa as a rival and wanted 10 million for him

hes a clown,i dont like almunia but hes a much much better keeper then carson

if we were going to nab a young english keeper hart from citeh would be a much better option

In the April 1, 2006 game against Aston Villa, Emmanuel Eboue surprised the football spectators with his outstanding performance and was compared to the Brazilian winger legend, Garrincha, by Arsene Wenger, the successful manager of Arsenal.

he passed the ball back to Almunia from virtually half way line - not enough pace on the ball and the striker almost got it but Almunia cleared it and got injured

In fairness, it deflected off Sagna which took all the pace off it
