I think they treat RVP not playing as a non runner (a bit like Song really) and the stake goes on the win.

I would still take the slip in just in case.

performance not brilliant but scored 3 goals (even if against west brom) and got 3 points. 3 points off Villa for at least 24 hours.

Villa away at Man City 2moro, could see City get something out of this for sure.

overall 3 points is what we needed and got so I'm happy. But the performance was nothing to be proud of. WBA basically gave us 2 goals, Bendtner had some delightful finishing for once. But this performance against a team that defends better like Fulham wouldnt have been good enough. Hopefully we start getting some players back and start playing better.

Song in the midfield is godfuckingawful and Clichy cant cross or pass to save his damn life.

Can see City getting at least a point.

If they lose and we beat Blackburn, we'll be 4th, for at least 25 hours

I dont see City getting anything out of that game. No Bellamy, and maybe no Robinho = no goals.

great result, wish i had put a bet on the 3-1, still a win is a win, arshavin missed some good cances but he looks better and better, bendtner was good, could've got a hat trick, he passed too much at times in front of goal, all good though

I hate Song, but he definitely looks better at centrehalf. A midfield player he is not.

I know Wenger wanted to give Merida some time on the field, and thats great. BUT WHY DOES HE PUT HIM ON THE LEFT?! Is he a winger? If he is gonna play him ot of position like he did with Diaby then I'd rather him be left on the bench. At least Ramsey has played on the right in several occasions.

he played well at centre back at the end of last season and he looked pretty solid then. I do agree, he is not a central midfielder

I want to see more of Merida, and less Ramsey. I think Merida is better. I may be alone on that but I really think he's going to be better than Ramsey.

Happy with that. Song and Djourou did ok. clichy had a nightmare.
will arshavin ever score. Eboue with a shot on target. Breaking our scoring jinx but letting in a goal. Nasri disappeared in the 2nd half.
An injury to Toure.

A real mixed bag :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:

Merida plays on the left in the reserves quite frequently and he also played there in all 3 Carling Cup games this season. I'd think he's quite used to that position.
