What was your best ever Arsenal song/chant?

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

What was your best ever Arsenal song/chant?

Sorry if this has been done before, but I'm sitting at work reminiscing...

My personal favourite was:-

Brady, Brady, Brady Brady, Born is the King of Highbury

What was/is yours?

classic! but sadly I wasnt alive then

I love many favorites

I like the simple but effective chants but not simple like shouting Eddie eddie eddie etc thats lame and has no inventiveness to it

'You're gonna get your fucking heads kicked in'

Was thinking the other day that it was probably 1977 when I last heard this little ditty!!

I remember going to Highbury as a youngster and hearing the Arsenal supporters sing to the opposition " You'll never make the station! "

That was nicked from the original version of Charlie, Charlie etc sung for Charlie George in the early 70s which I spose is my all time favourite but the "Hey Jude" La la la la lal la la la Aaaaarsenal song from the same era used to sound great along with "you're gonna get your fuckin eads kicked in" chant to away fans after any team dared to score against us, at Highbury and another favourite chant for me was the "We are the famous, the famous Arsenal" one, again, from the early 70s

Yes, I heard that was nicked also, you have just reminded me. It made the hairs of my neck stand on end when sang though... :)

"We won 5-0, we won 5-0, we won 5-0 at the Lane...." to the tune of Rod Stewart's Sailing. I can still see Brady's "salute" to the Shelf!
