Semi Seating

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Hi all

A very quick message about the Champions League and FA Cup. Without wanting to tempt fate, I think we'd all agree that the CL draw was fairly kind to us - it could certainly have been a lot worse.

What is not so kind is that we are playing the away leg in a 20,000 capacity stadium, an hour away from the nearest airport! We are getting 2,400 tickets maximum for the away leg, which will leave many unable to go to the game.

So, REDaction are now working on a venue in London to show the game on a huge TV screen. Somewhere that will be the next best thing to being in Villarreal. Somewhere we can decorate with Arsenal flags and scarves, and make into a true home for the evening. Somewhere with a bar, that's cheap to get into, and where several hundred Arsenal fans can watch the away leg together. Stay tuned for the details.....

The FA Cup Semi Final tickets went on sale today - if you want to make noise to support the team, please try to get Lower Tier tickets (if finances allow!). We would like to get as many noisy people in the Lower Tier as possible, so if you haven't got your ticket already, go for downstairs.

We are also talking to Arsenal, the FA and Wembley, to try to get something organised for the semi. No confirmation yet on what, how, or even whether this will happen, but we are working on it.

I've got upper tier.....the cheap seats at only £24 each.

Was sat there for a match last season and it was a great view - much better than you'd think for the price!!
