100% agree. I read this last night but was too pissed to post.QuartzGooner wrote:This thread has gone weird for no reason whatsoever.
I won't be at Wembley, but if you are there, then do the minute's applause.
No need to have a go at Bodje, no need to demean yourself by saying how much you don't care about Hillsborough etc.
Bodje is just asking for a sensible response.

Clapping has never been the issue. I've no doubt the vast majority will respect the 96 on semi-final day.
What galls me is the collective we were wronged that scouse fans adopt. Scouse fans played a huge part in the tragedy but will not/cannot accept it. I used to be friends with a guy who was on the Shef Wed board at that time and his anecdotal evidence backs my opinion: a sizable minority of Liverpool fans played a significant part in that tragedy.
It doen't change the fact that I'll clap or feel sorry for those families, however, I don't need Bojde coming on here asking if we've got the class to clap and embedding himself in the Liverpool collective victim culture.

Very harsh. Don't like Scousers and they're at least as responsible as the SYP over Hillsbrough, but ffs man.....gusher311 wrote:Well said ****!!![]()

its the morning after the night before and i regret NOTHING that i said last night.
1..I am and was very sad and upset that human beings were killed needlesly.
2..i feel insulted that some liverpool fan would have the afront to think us Arsenal supporters wouldnt show respect on the day mentioned.
3..Please Liverpool get your own house in order before TELLING other fans how to act.
