Red Action Section

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

The club didnt want to make the areas behind the goal next to the away fans for season tickets for safety/police reasons. Basically policing/stewarding the clock end involved a bit of work and they thought they would eradicate this.

Is it possible for red action section to be extended, the only way i can see an improvement on what has already been started is for an extension so everyone can sit together. In this day and age theres no point in saying lets start another one in another quadrant, everyone who wants to sing must sit together

So do you have to be a season ticket holder to sit in the red action section of the ground??

Last season there were about 10-20 tickets in the red section which could be bought by silver members, but over the summer there was a huge scramble of season ticket holders to move in for the better atmosphere and they're now all gone. The blocks either side also have a vast majority of season ticket holders for the same reason. Only hope for a silver member to get into one of those is currently blind luck if they're one of the first people to get tickets on the morning of sale, so an extension of the section into the North Bank lower would be very welcome.
