Should i stay or should i go

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Just as a general rule the forum will be better the more diverse the posters on here, so do stay.

Mods will never be neutral on here. It is not that sort of place. So I will continue to criticise the performance of players like Eboue and Bendtner as long as I feel they are not earning the millions they get paid.

You say you dont care one way or another but yet you run a popularity thread disguised as a poll :? If enough people vote for you to stay then it shows that you have enough friends on here to make you stay which in my opinion is lame

Smoothie you should stay if you want to stay and go if you want to go - end of. When the 4 who have recently left decided to leave us, they at least made up their own mind on their future. As DB10 pointed out there have been a number of new members to the forum lately who have zero interest in debating points of view and just insult those of us who have realistic/negative points of view and imo that isnt how a forum works  I have enough had debates with you on different matters and our perspectives are def different but I actually enjoy the contrast where I can look at things from both sides of the fence even if I still dont agree with you.

Yesterday you referred to other members who you claim to be equally pissed off to the point that they dont frequent here as much (I dont agree with you re crocit mind cos imo he still posts quite often and I like his posts personally) but I think that you were totally wrong to do so - if other members feel that they have a problem on here then surely it is up to them to raise their points of view ? All you have done is bring other members into a debate that they may not wish to be a part of.

Anyway as I said above stay if you want to stay and go if you want to go but if you stay then man up and argue your points of view like the rest of us and if you cant do that then maybe you should go but at the end of the day none of us are indispensible to this forum

Smoothie - I think like augie says it is ultimately up to you whether you stay or go.

My advice is if you like this forum then stay, if it is becoming too much grief then maybe give it a break for a while (but dont feel pushed out because thats not fair).

Theres been a lot of nasty situations here recently and this should be a fun place. Hopefully we are all able to move on from that, we are all equal, we are all entitled to our opinions.

Everyone just needs to make sure that we maintain the difference between healthy debate and personal insults.

I chose go. Not because I want to see you leave Smooth, or anybody on here go for that matter

But if you are having thoughts about staying or going I can't see that you'll enjoy it much around here and who wants to spend time on a place that makes you unhappy?

Or just re-asses your expectations of what you expect from this place. I know I did after my sabatical. I'm sure everyone would agree it's certainly changed from what it was 12/18 months ago. Better or worse depending on what you want from here. But that is just natural, I'm sure in 6 months there may be a different vibe floating around.

Be like the Aids virus. Continually adapt and change to the environment around you. 8)

This is a bit self-absorbed.

If you want a massage smoothie, there are places you can go. Stop being paranoid and enjoy the forum.

You need to write in to Dear Deirdre mate!!!

While your at it Smooth, why don't you ring up your old man and ask him if you're allowed to go out tonight.

Absolutely ridiculous.

This site's turning into a soap opera at the minute.

I thought this was a thread about the Clash, "should i stay or should i go now?.....if i go there will be trouble and if i stay it will be double"

Great song

On a more serious note  Chill out man, no one agrees with me either but i just like to argue points for the sake of it, as in if someone is sounding like they are the ultimate manager i just throw in a few comments to have them prove this beyond doubt.
NONE of us really know what the fuck their talking about anyway no matter how high we value our own opinion cos thats all it is, opinions.
