This will be our trickiest league fixture for a while, and another one where we can't afford a slip up for both morale and securing 4th spot.

Arshavin, Bendtner and Vela should all def play and that should be enough fire power to gain another 3pts.
1st away game for ages for me so particularly looking forward to this one... however must get better 1st feel like sh*t at the moment! :(

Here's hoping we don't suffer from the old after-the-lord-mayors-show syndrome.

I doubt we will though, as we seem to be well and truely in the zone at the moment. 8)

3 points.

My starting XI

Fabianski
Sanga Toure djourou Gibbs
Eboue Diaby Song Arshavin
Bendtner Vela

Bench
Manonee Silvestre Clichy Fabregas Denilson Adebayor V.Persie

I would start Gibbs over Clichy to give him a rest and also for Gibbs to get a game as I would start Clichy in the semi-final. Also if Diaby is injured then I would play denilson and put Ramsey on the bench.

I don't think Wenger will be taking this game lightly with league games to come against Liverpool, Chelsea and United as the points against the lesser teams are vital because Villa and Everton's run still look decent.

Every game is a cup final now so don't see huge changes like Gibbs playing or Fabregas rested as he needs games for fitness.

Fabianski

Sagna
Djourou
Toure
Clichy

Song
Denilson

Nasri
Fabregas
Arshavin

Adebayor.

The QF was played on Tuesday so the extra day's rest would dictate this I think.

2-0 to the Arsenal for me.

Agreed this will be a tough 1, although saying that im still confident that we can do the job.
If im right they got a 4 nil spanking at everton last week, and with the whole amr zaki thing going on cant see them being high of confidence.
with a fresh arshavin, eboue and probaly bendtner i can see that being enough firepower.
im going to be there for this 1 and it will prob be my last away game this season so want/need it to be a win.
The injuries that have been confirmed today do worry me abit, hope AW doesnt play silvetre and plays djourou instead to get him in nick for CL midweek, wembley and anfield.

3-1 the arsenal :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:

Almunii

Sagna
Toure
Djourou
Gibbs

Denilson

Eboue
Song/van Persie
Fabregas
Arshavin

Bendtner/van Persie

Wirh a 442, van Persie replaces Song or he plays up front in the 4231.

I would rest Denilson, but there is nobody else who is going to play that position.

If you do an "xxxx/xxxx" type formation, you need to do it the way I did. Otherwise, you risk going into a new line and making it look awpul.
