Whatever mate, you're on your own here. You think he's great, well done you. If only I could be as good a supporter as you areTom14 wrote: Not Arsenal quality - bull shit

Too lightweight to play midfield enforcer role which Wenger usually plays him in - bull shit

He looked really good in the Carling Cup run two seasons ago, but has gone backwards - he's simply out of his depth in the premiership
He is Arsenal quality because he has played more games than any other arsenal player.
He has completed hundreds of forward passes, it is just stupid to say that he never passes forward.
He has tackled with a higher rate of success than any other Arsenal player (apart form maybe Clichy)
The lad may not be 6ft2, but he is never bullied out of a game and gives it as much as he takes it.
And he is (according to Wenger) one of the best passers and most consistent quick passers in the team.
If we say Denilson is not good enough judging my his performances, Bendtner, Walcott, Toure, Almunia, Gibbs, Clichy, Vela, Nasri, Silvestre, Diaby and some others are also below Arsenal standard because he has performed better than them this year.

Very funny summary, I can't stop laughing when I read it to be honest. Could be the joke of the week really. Best passers?!! Son, do you know what's a good pass?!! HE IS OUR WORST PLAYER this season, even Eboue is better than him. Maybe Lethal won't agree on it

Well Tom they are mostly right. I agreed with you that both Song and Denilson were improving greatly and that Denilson was pretty good sometimes, BUT Song has been way better than him over the last couple months, plus Song is much better attacking than Denilson.
You can also tell that Fabregas does not like playing with Denilson. And who can you think of on the team that is worse than Denilson outside of Bendtner the clown?

I haven't seen todays game yet, but Denilson had a good game on Wednesday and was arguably MOTM against Man City last week.
Seems like some fans on here have selective memory loss
The lad is 21 and as such will be prone to inconsistent form, plus you don't know that he didn't get a knock or was suffering the effects of a knock from Wednesday. Get a grip, we won 4-1 today, judging from some of the 'sage' comments on her you'd have bet your life saving on a crushing Arsenal defeat.
Denilson is relatively small and at the moment relatively lightweight (you could make the same comment about Theo too), so he's always going to suffer a bit against big physical sides like Wigan. Sounds to me like the team suffered from a CL hangover in the first half and pulled it together once AW went 2 up front with Adebayor and RvP in the second. Games after CL matches are notoriously tough - just look at how Chelsea suffered in the second half today; and they didn't have to travel to Spain either.

Disagree, Bendtner did score some good goals though very rarely. We know Super Nic is shit. However, he is still a bit better than the useless Denilson in my opinion

You're right the game was on Tuesday (ITV). He along with the rest of the team didn't have the best of first halves, but where we you for the second half when we took control of the game?
He and Song were as good as anyone out there. Against City it was a toss up in my opinion between him and Song for MOTM. You're more than entitled to disagree, but I'm as hard on our guys as the next Gooner.
I was at the Sunderland game and Song was appalling, so much so that I couldn't see a future for him in midfield. However since the Burnley cup game he has come on leaps and bounds, and Denilson hasn't been far behind him.

You keep saying that but I have not seen U post the stats yet

I think you would agree that Cesc is not effective in a 431 and as I keep saying we need Cesc to be as free as he was last season and that is not possible with Denilson.Oh, so Song scores a goal and it our best partnership?
Fact is if Denilson was the answer in the DM position surely we would not need Song on the pitch, but we do need him to cover up Denilson's short comings.
I do not see an articule like this being written about Cesc and Denilson's partnership anytime soon http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/footba ... e-act.html
I don't think for a second that Denilson isn't good enough for The Arsenal and I imagine the people putting him down are the same one's who put Gilberto down.
I'm not saying for a second that Denilson would have been in the team ahead of Gilberto in the Invincibles but he is 21 years old...
The game Denilson plays is only noticed when you are at the game, Motd don't show people being closed down and players keeping the ball. (Especially when we are one of the last games on!!)
