Villa vs. Everton

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Villa vs. Everton

Post by SammyDroppedHisShorts »

So what do we want this game to end?

A draw is ideal in it sort of puts Everton out of it....nine adrift then...
Villa will be eight adrift....

So they would need to hope we lost three more....we know which three those Villa fans will expect...

1-1 tomoz....

a draw would be great.

Villa have West Ham next and I don't think they're gonna win that one either. If we could get a win at Liverpool we could be 10 points ahead with 5 games to go, which would be basically home and dry.

a draw should put us ahead enough of both not to worry too much of our trips to anfield and old tratford as well as chelsea at home ,,

Paddy Power are offering 33-1 on a 3-3 draw. I think thats a good bet so I've put 100 euro's on it. :barscarf:

Draw is best.

But I think Everton will win. An Everton win would be my second preference to a draw anyway.

Draw would be great. We still have the other top 3 to play so even if they draw it is without a doubt NOT over. I reckon they will beat west ham, bolton, hull, fulham, brough, and newcastle.
We on the other hand have a difficult match at Pompey away, United and liverpool away and chelsea at home PLUS an Fa cup semi and potential final aswell as a champions league quarter and a possible 3 extra match's. Villa only have the league to focus on so we arnt home and dry after this match no matter what the result is.
Still reckon we will do it though :barscarf:
