Well to be perfectly honest IG, I'm not surprised you've been called a knob countless times, and I think it's to do with a lot more than just rolling eyes, which I only used because I was thinkin to myself after your post, oh oh here we go again!

So rightly or wrongly IMO I used them in the right context and also cos I didn't want to get involved in a debate as up until then it had mostly been people making fairly benign comments regarding their own experiences with racism rather than trying to challenge the thread starter's stance on the issue!

.... and I hope you don't mind when I echo Augie's sentiments from the other day and say that the day I feel I need to take advice from you regarding my communication skills, I'll gladly jump off the nearest cliff instead
