Leadership in the team?

Didnt see any today tbh, did you?

I thought Cesc would get the boys going after Chelsea's equaliser, but they just pressed the self destruct button and created few chances.

Gibbs MOTM, Theo played well too.

I think this is nothing to do with leadership but more to do with the manager u could see he was trying to duplicate FA Cup final 2005 trying to play on the counter.. the negativity rubbed off on the team every time they went behind the defence which is saying a lot as the defence played very deep they looked dangerous.. Its not leadership it was bad team selection today that cost us the Final

people put too much empthasis in leadership which is nonesense cus the simple fact is we aren't good enough
