Our support

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I have no idea what your background has to do with how you support Arsenal?

I agree that the more complimentarys handed out the more the true support is diluted but that has nothing to do with outdated demographics.

I got told to sit down when standing trying to gear our team up when applying pressure......pretty typical ....but if Arsenal are going to charge the amount they do then thats the type of fan that will be able to afford a season ticket at the Emirates, pretty disgusting really and the main reason why I really look forward to away games only nowadays.

I was in 501 next to the away fans and aside from the usual Block19 suspects singing their hearts out all game, the majority of those around us were pretty quiet. However I got home and the other half said that we were definately louder than the chavs and apparently even the commentators noted this point.

I watched on the telly.

To my ears, Arsenal had the loudest support.

Which made me feel good and proud.

A large amount of the regular away following didn't get tickets because they aren't season ticket holders.

Yet some of the rich snobs that disgrace us every week at home games got tickets.

Like everything else at the club at present, an utter shambles.

good point. Our season ticket prices range from around 900-1800 I think, now lets compare it to our other top 3 companions

Fed up reading these types of posts, slagging Arsenal fans.

A few years ago I imagine they'd be Travel Club members. Which I believe has no waiting list.

Goto a few less appealing away games, build up your credits and eventually you'll be able to goto most away games.
