We went to Anfield, to play Liverpool, who are 2nd, out of all other trophies and have already destroyed man U at their Gaff, with loads of injuries, a half strong defence, 2nd choice keeper, and a 5th choice striker.

Got outplayed at anfield (surely an actual crime)
And drew 4-4 what a disgrace.
Sure we throught the lead away, but so did they.

Fabianski was excellent, not his fault for any of the goals.
Gibbs was very good,
Song and Cesc played well
Theo did well when he came on
And Arshavin was simply outstanding.

liverpool a team that are "apparently" miles ahead of us and we gave them the game of the season, i wish the wenger out brigade would fuck of and go support the spuds, then they will really have something to moan about

bit harsh but he needs to realise we need afew decent cbs.Just think if we had good centre backs what could have been done this season.Hopefully he will buy some in the summer . :roll: :roll: .

Lessons learnt from last years Champions League game at Anfield and this seasons home game against Spu@s??????

Absolutely fucking none. Same stupid mistakes, same stupid lost points. With 2 minutes to go we tried to play a ball out to Theo from inside our own box and got caught.

I am a very mild mannered person but having supported Arsenal for probably more years than you have been on the planet please do not tell me to go and support the scum. We are all gooners and have very different views on this team. I personally think we were shit tonight and should have lost by 3 or 4. That doesn't make me less of a gooner than you son. :twisted:

I hardly think just because there is a certain feeling going around that it may be time for Wenger to call it a day such a sweeping statement like that is useful or productive.

As far as I know none of this brigade would suggest Livepool are miles ahead of us. In fact I haven't heard that mentioned all season.

You should find that it's the fact the Liverpool are, in my most generous opinion, only equal to us and no better. Bearing this in mind and the fact we are so much further away will surely give you the reason why Wenger is getting so much stick.

No because we are so far off it this year but that it wouldn't have taken an awful lot more than we had last season to actually be where Liverpool are right now. Hell even further than they are.

Totally agree. We're riddled with injuries:

Almunia,
Gallas,
Djourou,
Sagna (still getting over a virus)
Rosicky,
Van Persie,
Adebayor,

Had we have been able to defend we would have won this game... though don't get me wrong. We didn't deserve it... at all!
