Arshavin needs a song?

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

BTW Jim were your seats ok last night? Mine were right at the end of the row where there's a split and then it's their fans, (literally yards away from you)

Fucking hell you must have been a few rows back, where another mate was sitting/standing.....

It was a brilliant night, did you see their supporters clapping us at the end?

No.... it was appreciative applause on both sides for the banter given (from both sides) (it was good stuff - no sarcasm just respect) :barscarf:

As always my vote goes to the easiest song we've ever had for a player and therefor created a great atmosphere as everyone could join in. The song we had for the one and only Nelson Vivas :barscarf:

How could it possibly be anything else apart from 'Rasputin'???!!!!

It's tailor made for him - right number of syllables, Russian references, line about "Russia's greatest..." Surely this is our new national anthem?

"It's up for grabs" - You need to e-mail this to Red Action, Gooner ed,...every Gooner in fact...it's such a catchy, memorable tune that really ought to catch on; even at Ashburton!

Er.... because it would be difficult for loads of people to sing in unison without people confusing the words and it sounding embarrassing, perhaps? (although as previous stated, that is not to knock the fine lyrics written by IU4GN 8) )
