Bloody online ticket office

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Only got one silver so waited 50 mins in the queue and booked the first seat that became available - block 125 row 11!! Not too painful, other than the cost! :barscarf: :barscarf:

Nope. Had to buy one, and then another one. Both in the same block but not next to each other.

My booking history says I've got one. It's only taken 2 hours from the start of this to getting this sorted out. It now looks as though the game has sold out.

FINALLY..........

Got in to my ticket history - says I have the ticket!!!!! :barscarf:

Chippy - if you look in manage memberships there is a button to press against that ticket that says "re-send confirmation" which sent me the e-mail straight away.

So I believe I am going.

This has also taken me 2hours. Lets hope its not a bad omen for the game.

I now need to go and eat large amounts of choclate to cheer myself up.

Champions League - you are having a laugh.....

Just got the e mail confirmation! Nearly 2 hours since it said it was taking my money!

This can't be rocket science and needs to be sorted. Luckily for me I do most of my work from home. Hate to think what it is like if you are in an office or even worse your job doesn't have internet access.

I eventually got in at 11.00 having began queueing at 10.00 and was able to pick up 2 together . Took 30 minutes for the payment to be authorised though .

Got to the end of the process next time and it told me it was taking my money but then stuck for 15 mins before dying. I am now back in and it won't allow me to buy any cos it says I already have tickets. Have had no e mail confirmation or nothing. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
It's sluggish.

I got my email confirmation through just after midday though the mail was timed at 10.21 am. As for the web side, well I was stuck with at the payment processing page for three hours before I shut the browser down by accident (thank God the payment confirmation had come through by then)

How can a JCL buy a ticket before anyone else as the only people who got tickets today were Silvers who are Silvers because they have been members for a long time?

Ok what I meant were silvers sho've hardly been this season. This is the only game this season where booking has been difficult which is why these games should go on a credit system.

Theoretically a Silver Member who has attended 0 games could of course get a ticket, while a Silver or Red that have not missed a home game all season could not, the current allocating system for these types of games are certainly open for debate.
