usual thread starter. Are you optimistic now too? Two tough aways v Blackburn and Spurs have been survived with four points out of six. Maximum nine at home (surely 12 after Saturday v Derby?). Or am I getting a bit carried away here?
Beware Arsenal once the clock shows 70 minutes… (17/9)

Carried away ...
Predicting a win against Derby does not qualify as 'carried away' gooner ed - perfectly normal vital signs I'd say
Now I don't want to be a spoil sport but I am not at ease just because Ade scored two goals (the second one a cracker for sure!). If we look at the bigger picture and ignore the two goals (theoretically that is, how can you ignore two goals) Ade was - yet again - absolute crap. He lost every ball or gave it away, missed chances as usual and develops a superstar attitude that I don't like a bit. He's not the man who will shoot us to the title.
And there is a dark side to the Wenger factor. Substituting vP for Denilson and not Eduardo is somewhat strange, is it? Looks like Eduardo and Bendtner are left the Cup competitions and Adebayor will be vP's strike partner. I don't find that comforting at all!
