Salamanca say two from arsenal?

Pedro Silva has gone on loan to UD Salamanca but their president says that they will be loaning two from arsenal?He said the second one was complicated and will happen in january?So who is it?
Is it someone that we havn't signed yet?ie there was much talk of Cesar Villaluz or is it Franco Di Santo?
