Whose idea was it for the 60,000 flags

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Looking at other forums they are all taking the piss out of the flags and our support as expected.

The support would have been good IMO if the game wasn't over 5 minutes in.

What I don't understand is why everyone was taking them home. It's certainly not a souvenir I wanted. left mine on the floor.

Before anyone gets all hysterical they were specific for this game and I never want to be reminded of it again. :evil:

Hopefully people are going to use them as BBQ lighters at the weekend.
