Riot on Holloway road

Just got back, so disappointed, in the short time i've been following the arsenal apart from when bolton beat us 3-1 at highbury in the fa cup in 1994 (I think) this has got to rate as the worst performance i've ever seen from an arsenal side. No guts and no belief in turning around what was a relatively do-able task. We should have been dead and buried after the 1st leg but somehow managed to come away with a slim 1-0 deficit and yet after more bullshit talk from wenger and co about how fergie and co will rue the missed chances in the 2nd leg we go and serve up more bollocks! Adebayoor please fuck off now, you are a disgrace to the arsenal shirt! Arsene, please re-think your flawed philosophy and start from scratch next season, get rid of the dead wood and buy in some proven quality! finishing 4th every year is all well and good but what's the point if we don't win anything and always come up short against the quality sides?
Well its always good to have English players yes i agree but i think its more important to purchase some senior players that have a brain rather then get youngsters and through them in the deep end i.e. Gibbs pour guy i actually felt sorry for him if that was Gallas or Silvestre god help them, there both can be a libility!!

Before the game Man Ure fans at the away turnstiles stormed the entrances in large numbers throwing punches at anyone who got in the way. For some reason there were more fans in the away end than the tickets provided.........nasty fuckers the lot of them...
I sadly had to watch that twat Sheringham laud it in the ITV box when the third goal went in, i watched him sit there like he was the king on the throne with the smuggest grin you'd ever seen...at that moment he returned to being my most hated personality in the game.....

Geoff, 'people' were leaving in the 1st half....goonergeoff wrote:I am gutted like all other Gooners but it is a discrace that people leave 30 mins before end whatever the score is. There are far to many plastic fans at matches now especially at The Emirates and Mancs Chelsea etc.![]()

I think they should have some kind of electric field which gives these *word censored* an electric shock when they go through the exits, that'll show 'em...

Wouldn't call it a riot, far from it.
I thought outside the ground for the first time in a long time there was an intimadating atmosphere.
I left after the second goal (along with others), was walking down towards Holloway Rd and was a group of mancs singing etc, they were told in no uncertain terms to button it.
Mouthy idiots had the shock of there lives, good.
If you are daft enough to be singing on the doorstop of a ground then you better be prepared to back it up.

on a manc forum they ask why the ground was half empty. On honest reply from one of there's is "cos they were on HR kicking the fuck out of us".
Not everyone that left the ground early did so because of the performance. Tales were coming through of mancs causing a bit of disturbance. It didn't take long for them to get cunted off.
Some were very brave behind a line of plod, others got battered near the Rocket with a couple of plod coming off bad as well.
Didn't see any mancs come along HR after the game.
