I think we should get rid of bendtner. APARENTLY Flamoney wants to rejoin, if so I would welcome him back as we need him so much. I think there arent any realistic transfer targets better than our current strikers.
We need a new centre back to partner toure, I think toure is better than gallas and old willy is getting on abit, a good backup but not starting. Once again no realistic transfer CB come into mind. Sakho is too young IMO, we have enough youngsters, I have my doubts about hangaland and just NO to steven taylor :banghead: Maybe phil jagielka or micah richards.
 Lescott?
why not, he is a good player and a goal threat. I would prefer jagielka but thats only because I like his style of play. Would be great to see more english players aswel.

Thats what happened to Jagielka, got turned inside out by a player who wants to play for Arsenal

£20m?

That's nowhere enough.

£40m might buy David Villa. Then we can sell Adebayor for £20m, Diaby for £5m, Denilson for £5m and hopefully scrape together enough for a CB (Hagerlaand would be nice) and a CM (Cana or Alonso)

flam looked gutted when we conceeded yesterday (although might of had a bet with becks?) but looked to me like he wanted to be out there!

i'd welcome him back, maybe just on loan with a view to a perminant move, we know him and cesc can hook up well.

I´d keep Toure.

NEW goalkepper - Rene Adler (Leverkusen)
NEW striker - Huntelaar or Benzema, better both

sell definitely:
Ade
Rosicky

I still wouldnt want flamoney back - he left to go to a club where money was more important than actually playing so how does that make him any less of a whore than greedybollix up front ? :? Anyway I still believe that we have to show more ambition than bringing back flamini - we need a big commanding centre midfielder (over 6ft tall) with real physical presence. I want a centre midfielder that will intimidate opponents just by his mere presence rather than a small busy player sniping at the opposition but is getting dominated by physically stronger players :(

are any of you folks familiar with Orlando Engelaar? Giant Dutch dude, centre mid, played in the Euros last year. Currently plays for Schalke.

He is exactly what Augie is talking about, someone who could dominate the midfield before he's even got the ball. He's 30 this summer, so would also add that bit of experience to the centre of the pitch

villa will go for an astronomical amount in the summer, huntelaar might be on, i havent seen nearly as much spanish football as i'd like to this year but apparantly he's not fitting in?

engelaar was steady in the euros, but he had man sheikys de jong next to him doing a flamini. personally, i like lorik cana but his temperment and his 'commitment' to a tackle would see him clock up cards a plenty and it'll be dirty arsenal again

I really dont rate huntelaar as highly. Slow, lazy and not a team player. We need a centre back and defensive mid
