We have had to put up with the same old bo&Ocks coming out of Arsene's mouth.

We are a learning team
We will show everyone
We will produce
We are a young side

How long is he going to keep saying this for. I know forever thats how because we are like a production line. Produce good youngsters who get fed up of not winning anything, they f off and the new batch of youngsters come in again to start once more

I agree.
But I think we won´t get a better manager than Arsène.
He has to change his pollicy and spend money on big guys, everybody knows that. In the team thera a couple of nice guys, but not enough to win a trophy.
The way we got through the knock out stage of the CL against Roma & Villarreal was even not convincing to me.

Wenger has had years of free reign, to do what he likes, to experiment, to play around, with the only 'pressure' coming from the fans, who don't really matter to the club.

He constantly talks of 'promise' and how we'll be better next season because the youngsters have more experience, but fails to mention the two or three players we'll sell in the meantime to weaken the squad yet further!

He constantly 'bigs up' the squad saying how fantastic they are, putting them on a pedestal......nothing wrong with building confidence but if you keep going on about how good someone is, eventually they believe it and the effort and commitment slides because they think they've already made it and that is a big problem at Arsenal

Three semi-final games and we didn't turn up for any of them, in fact, some of our biggest players would have been better off staying at home, it's a disgrace but what will Wenger do? Big them up again, tell them how good they are, give them a pay rise and tell them we can do the quadruple next season.

Wenger identified the issues in the squad at the END OF LAST SEASON for fcuks sake, and STILL did nothing about it.....ie: the defence and lack of experience.

This football club cannot move forward with Arsene Wenger as manager. Get him to work as youth developer which is what he obviously loves doing, and bring someone in who has a clue about tactics and isn't afraid to make decisions for the better of the team.

Thanks Arsene, you have been fantastic for the club but you have to go, please, for the sake of Arsenal FC.

Ever since the ‘invincibles’ Wengers been trimming the wages and investing in youth. It makes sense when you have to pay for a multi million pound stadium and there's a fine line between under spending and 'doing a Leeds'.
Selling Viera in place of Cesc is an example and there's many more.

Wenger is no messiah and recent tactics and player choices (FA Semi) can prove that.
That said we do have a £15M+ a season loan to pay back to the bank for the stadium whilst the Glaziers and Romans are able to bank roll transfers whilst also putting there clubs into financial debt.

I always believed that Arsenal would have a few dire years and we may already be in the eye of the storm if not next year.
It will take us a while to come out of the storm and to come back. But when we do...Boy will it be in style.

The Nike contract is up soon (Next Summer??) which would give us some money. Few Seasons after that the Shirt sponsor is up also more spending power.
Both original deals the money given was low as it was needed and used up front to build the stadium.

Over the next year the £15M+ a season loan payment will reduce and also the 'back up' funds (ICE), which I believe Edelman mentioned in the “£70M war chestâ€

"It's easy to say that we need a bit of experience but I am convinced that we have the quality and we'll continue to develop," he said. "If you look at the average age of the team it is still very young. To reach that level deserves a lot of credit."

The thing is though, that most of the wenger defenders have said that he should be allowed fix things this summer but he again shows no inclination to do such a thing. That means we will give him the next transfer window to bring in the much needed quality and experience and if and when he doesnt do it or refuses to do it we will have another season like this one where we are a country mile away from the top teams That is another season that we would be writing off as a transition season and without a doubt it will cause further doubts in the minds of players like rvp and cesc who may well be questioning where our club is going.

In my opinion wenger should be told to buck up his ideas in the next transfer window and if he refuses to do so then his employment should be terminated on the spot

No brainer - he has to go. The Chief Exec should sit him down, ask what remedy he has for this year's dire performance, and unless he convinces him that he will invest in the sufficient quality he should go.
