Thats strange Boomer my time of going without my dad started in '87 and thats the reason amongst others things (like not accepting at least partial blame for Hillsborough) i hate them as it was the time they were our only rivals and once you build up that hatred i cant lose itBoomer wrote:Sp*ds.

Maybe as I grew up with Football at the end of the 80's (87+) that I've never really seen the Mouser's as a threat as it was at the end of there domination.

see your older then me as I didn't start going on my own until the mid 90's. Also we played Watford away season before i think and lost to a Trevor Senior hatrick (anyone remember him?) again the anger at losing but also there was loads of trouble and the police chased us all over the place after the game just never forget also remember they did us out of the FA cup that year too?????...... what a kid!!!

Thanks flash - can certainly see why they made the list, good to hear about different reasons other than the main teams that make most peoples list.
Hull are one that i would add- did you know Wenger let Phil Brown use london Colney before the play-off final last year? Then they go and attempt to tarnish our name!!

Its funny isn't it how certain teams can go from being alright to really hated. Hull is the biggest example of this. Couldn't believe the way they were carrying on against us in the cup, not really their tactics which is to be expected (thought still annoying) but how Brown and Horton were having a go non stop, they should have a bit more respect for us.
