GOOD NITE, GREAT GOONERS
Gee no, I'm horrified by our winning, I predicted we would lose this 5-0
Just because I felt Senderos was being picked on for having a bad game so pointed out the flaws in his defensive partners, didn't mean I didn't enjoy it, it was a nice game. It is good to keep feet on the ground and Arsene also pointed out that there is stuff to work on

tell them, oh wise one ... all this nit-picking is ridiculous .. no team is ever 100% perfect all the time .. folks have a bad day here and there .. lets enjoy the ride, and emphasise on praising those who have done well ...Gooneroonie wrote:Magic Hat - Is there anything that can make you f*ucking happy? You need to lighten up mate and enjoy the good times whilst they are here. Any team in the world would be delighted with turning over Seville 3-0 at home.
COME ON YOU REDS!
BTW, I disagree that hleb had a terrible game .. he wasn't at his best but wasn't terrible either.
Diaby was probably not on form or settled, and this had nothing to do with the position he played .. his touch was just off on the night.
anyways, woooooohoooooooooooooooo .. kanute was supposed to show the spuds how to beat us .. instead he showed the spuds how easily we can beat anyone ...

A great result against a very good side. I thoght Cesc(as usual) Sangna and Flamini were outstanding.Just shows we could afford to give Gilberto a rest.
On the down side saw the highlights this morning and the gaps in the stands when Eduardo scored the third goal reminded me of Stamford Bridge the night before. It doesn"t look good.We have scored in the 90th minute in five of our games this season,so why leave early. And after a great result the team deserve to be cheered off the pitch by 60,000 fans

ok, fine, we won 3-0, great result and a continuation of our great form, I am really pleased about a lot of things. Also look forward to a fairly easy run in till the international break, we should brush aside Derby, whatever happens in the Carling Cup it doesn't matter if we lose, Sunderland and West Ham are teams we failed to beat last time but this time we will I'm sure and that Romanian side should be beaten.tell them, oh wise one ... all this nit-picking is ridiculous .. no team is ever 100% perfect all the time .. folks have a bad day here and there .. lets enjoy the ride, and emphasise on praising those who have done well ...
If Sevilla hadn't been so toothless or if Toure, Sendeors or Almunia play like that again, we could well lose, nay against a top team who isn't suffering from stage fright, we will lose. I'm sorry that I'm not celebrating a horrible, as I saw it, defensive performance from those three and just thinking it will be alright. Ok, Toure it was a one off performance and Clichy seems to be finding his feet after a slightly worrying start but hey, we won so any problems we have will magically vanish is not an attitude I'm willing to take.
Yes celebrate that day, be pleased with what went right but nothing wrong with being concerned over things that were very wrong.

As the majority of everyone is saying what a night, this song seems to diffilcult not to refuse not putting it on the forum.
