HALF HOUR AFTER WINNING THE TITLE..........

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Post by Percy Dalton »

And the ground is fucking empty!

Does anyone know if there is an accident on the M1 or the M25?

Sorta proves that contrary to some opinions titles are sweeter when deserved periodically rather than bought regularly!

I've been pondering the following - as you do...i'm not trying to make excuses for anyone, but.....there have been some glaringly ill fated incidents and moments during this season....surely SURELY at some point we have to have Our Share of the Good Luck!????

We have not had anything like the 'rub of the green/bounce of the ball' that the likes of the chavs & mancycunts always seem to get....and then of course there have been all the injuries this season (Fabregas, Sagna, Gallas, Clichy, and let's not forget Rosicky - Whoooo? yes super tom - walcott, adebayor, almunia ) and they all seem to have come at 'critical' times....

and before the seaosn even began - went go fucked over by flamoney, hleb and didn't land alonso - who has been the scousers best mid-field player by a mile....

and of cours ethere are those (seemingly tiny) moments that in fact are HUGE! - in the CL 2nd leg had Fabregas' shot on goal - the one that rebounded of vidic and instead of going in deflected off plug (ferdinand) for a corner - I truy believe had that gone in we would be in the CL Final..... :banghead:  :banghead:  :banghead:

and there are other numerous occasions when lady luck fucked us over..........................

:banghead:

:barscarf: COME ON YOU MIGHTY GUNNERS! :barscarf:

Only the most blinkered among us 8) did'nt realise half way through last summer that this season was a write off from the start. The only surprise for me is that we got to the last four of the champions league and I'd have rather not bothered and gone out to Villareall than lose to Surrey's top team in the semi
