If they pay him £160k a week Torres & Gerrard will demand the same & that’ll be basically all their money gone. Plus bringing in Tevez would mean disrupting or breaking up the Torres/Gerrard partnership cos even if he played Gerrard behind the 2 of them it would still change the dynamic & push Gerrard into a different role.
But then Benitez is a twat so I wouldn’t put it past him to do it just to piss off Fergusc*nt. Fuck em both. C*nts.

QUALITY!
By the way I never get tired of watching your avatar, especially Super Rob's chip over the red nosed Dane, one of my favourite ever goals.

This is another story some lazy arse journalist has made up, i'm sure they just think of a number that sounds about right and then double it £50m
saying that Tevez is the perfect player for the way Rafa plays, if you look at what he done with Kuyt, he turned a goalscoring centre forward into a wide attacking midfielder that never stops running, he likes his supporting attackers to graft and theres no doubt Tevez will give him that and some quality, i just hope if they get him they don't get anyone else of quality because they are not far away from a PL winning side even now.
