Difficult I Know but if we can take some positives from this cup run and the final itself I would say they are as follows

1. We beat the scum
2. the young players got to play in an intimdating atmosphere at White Shite Lane - something they wouldnt get in the reserves.
3. Theo scored his first goal and was a different player after that, it will do him the world of good.

5. We outplayed the champions for large parts of the game.
6. I believe we will have a new determination to beat them at the grove.

8. With one turn Denilson took Lumpard out of the game and made him look stupid.
9. Chavski had to make a tactical substitution at half time against our reserves.
10. Adebayor twatted Bridge
