Mancs Out of Carling Cup

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

i like the fact *a slight change of subject* talksport are saying how coventry didnt win coz manure played a weakand side, well whos thought is that, and alsi u hear fans sayin i speant however much on a ticket to watch reserves, your not the only 1s, and we were announced as a *comedy circus* mixed us up with the spuds i think, but we expect to see our reserves, we want to see our reserves to see wat the future holds dont we. wen i go to see the carling cup or a friendley or a game certain of a reserve team cliber, i say and so do many more, i wanna see gibbs, landsbury and fabianski for example, so man u reserves went out, they lost weather or not its there reserve team theystill lost mr jason cuntey!!!!

may have missheard as i was at work but thta wat it sounded like!!!!

as we say this side of north london, there r 2 teams in london, arsenal and arsenal reserves, well done and good luck to the young guns!!!!

oh yea....shame manure, the future dont look so bright after all dose iit!!!

southend-2006
coventyr-2007

who next

barnet-2008- you heard it here first!!!!  :D :)

Chelsea picked a very strong team of good EGGS,Arsenal played pretty much fringe EGGS and still beat newcastle. So man u must of been poor. Conventry fans will be doing the CHICKEN dance.

Man U played Kuzack, a good keeper. Defence had Bardsley, Pique (two good talents expected to fight for places) Evens and Simpson so some weakness there perhaps. Nani and Anderson are hardly reserve players, O'Shea and talented Martin make up midfield. Up front at Eagle and Dong which is a weak strike force, subs include Carrick and Brown. Some weak area's there and Man U paid for it but hardly call it a weak side.

YOUNG BEN-GOONER,

I CAN SEE YOU ARE SCRAMBLING TO GET PEOPLE TO JOIN THIS EGG PUN-FEST! DON'T BEAT YOURSELF UP IF NO-ONE ELSE RESPONDS THOUGH. MAYBE THEY DON'T FIND THE SUBJECT MATTER EGGCITING ENOUGH!! OR PERHAPS THEY CAN'T FIND THE RIGHT YOLKS TO TELL!

ANYWAY, MINE MIGHT NOT BE THE BEST EGG PUNS BUT, UNLIKE THE OTHERS, AT LEAST I FRIED!!

I loved that result

After the Manure loving media raved about Arsenal's youngsters old Fergie goes and blunders against the Sky Blues because he has no new Beckhams or Giggs coming through.

How much did Nani and Anderson cost again
