Arsenal v West ham - PUBS

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Can anyone suggest any pubs that might be showing it in the Angel area? I know its a bit vague but I've arranged to meet a mate from Sarf London who was getting a tattoo, and all I know is the place is in Angel...
So to make it easier, anywhere near the Angel station or Upper Street..

Cheers

The Alma in Chapel Street market.

Enter the market from the Angel end and it's half way up on the left just past Mcd's and the pie mash shop.

Used to show live games on a saturday but not been in there for a few years but doubt if things would of changed.

The Prince of Wales and The Pidgeons in Stratford.

Both West Ham pubs, but neither are that dangerous and there are a fair number of gooners in the area who will show up.

If you're at Angel you might as well jump on the number 4 to Finsbury Park and watch it in The Pins.

I'm out in the wilds of essex and my local pub, five minutes walk away, is showing it but as the place will be full of west am idiots I'd rather pay the train fare and watch it wiv fellow gooners in the 12 Pins. Have a great day wherever you're watching it. I think it's going to be a really tough one, they are a bit of a bogey team for us but I hope to be travelling back ome with the fuckers with a sly grin on me face  If not it's a case of win or lose on the booze
