Why am i posting about Cricket :?:
Because i just watched a game of Cricket which i found exciting. The drama of the last few overs was literally unbelievable. How on Earth can a team from a country that has only six Cricket pitches beat one of the best teams in the World, a bit like Andora winning the World cup in Football.
Roll on the Ashes

What to do in the close Season?

Surely the question is how could a country with only six cricket pitches make such hard work of beating one of the worst sides in world cricket?

The bowler in the last over was the cricketing equivalent of Fabianski.

The Dutch really deserved it and it was a very exciting game.
The game came down to 3 instances of bad fielding by England (namely, Broad). He dropped a catch, fucked up an easy run out and then threw the ball wildly on the very last ball and allowed the Dutch to win from an overthrow

Take nothng away from the Dutch but the fielding conditions were very difficult for England. It rained for most of the time they were in the field and their handling was affected badly.

Still, great game to watch.

Just got back. Excellent game of cricket had a laugh with the Dutch supporters. England lost the game by not attacking the Dutch bowlers in the last 10 overs when they had wickets to spare. Holland deserved the win

I don't know much about cricket, that is true. But his catching and throwing left something to be desired in that last over.

the pressure can get to all of us. its not his fault we lost, we lost coz we didnt attack enough while batting

The pressure can get to all of us...just think the English cricket team like so many teams now don't have the character, the balls, to do it when it matters.

Australi will not be shitting themselves come the Ashes
