How do you check/know without calling up arsenal box office if you set up your memmbership by direct debit each year or not?

If you go into th membership page it shows your status and there is a box which says whether you have a DD or not.

Dont want to get in trouble so posting on this thread :wink:. I spoke to Arsenal this morning and the phone number on the renewal pack is down and wont be up for a few days thats why its a constant engaged tone
