Lulinha has sighned a pre-agreement with Tottenham with him joining the premiership team at the end of season. His hobbies are sticking pins in dolls of Arsene Wenger and watching DVD's of Tottenham.

If we don't sign him, it may not be a bad thing, given this report (from http://arsenalsfuture.blogspot.com/) on England v Brazil in the U-17 World Cup this summer:
"Their best chance came when Arsenal's Gavin Hoyte kicked Lulinha, who'd been largely disappointing, in the box. Lulinha took the penalty but it was well saved by the England keeper who also saved the rebound."

ALTHOUGH NOT TOTALLY DOUBTING THE STORY, I THINK ON THIS OCCASION I WILL WAIT UNTIL I SEE CONFIRMATION ON ARSENAL.COM BEFORE BELIEVING IT!
LIKE THE TABLOIDS, I DON'T THINK WE CAN TAKE ANYTHING THAT'S WRITTEN ON WIKIPEDIA AS GOSPEL. AS EVERYONE KNOWS, IT CAN BE EDITED BY ANYONE AND THEREFORE - LIKE TOTTENHAM'S DEFENCE - IS OPEN TO ABUSE.
