KARNIVOOL!

It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.

Was a brilliant night. The band was bloody excellent of course, and the venue/sound guys did a gret job of making them sound perfect. :D

Bit of a tightly packed mosh, always strange coming out of a show drenched and well aware that not all of that sweat is your own.   Survived to tell the tale though, and what a tale it is! :D Hopefully they come back to Sydney again very soon. :barscarf:

And State of Origin is a rugby league event for those who don't know. New South Wales play Queensland in a series of three matches every year, with the best of three winning the trophy. Unfortunately last night was the second match of this year's series and NSW lost...having already lost the first match of this year, that meant QLD won the State of Origin for 2009...the record fourth year in a row for them.

No, not all of it was sweat. There was a lot of beer and bourbon flying around the place. A lot of it went to waste in my opinion.

And if Arsenal players were as tough as some of the rugby league players on show last night we would not have to worry about not winning the league this season. Would also kick the shit out of the Northern teams for a change...not that there will be as many visits up North this season.

I saw them the night before at that same venue.

And will be seeing them again in 10 days time. :barscarf:
