right on the button, 2smooth ... :!: :!:

thank fuck I have someone else here who sees this issue differently .. the guy has been down on confidence, so imagine AW will be telling him not to try any heroics .. to just keep it as simple as possible .. just to build up his confidence. A few more matches like this, and he will start to look his best again.

dont forget it was only two months ago that the flanimal was a waste of space who was not good enough for the arsenal .. so, now we are left with senderos and song as the fans wipping boys ...

Guys, chill out .. if you have played football, you will appreciate the extent confidence comes into play in someone plying well .. granted that in some clubs, when u are down on confidence, they throw you in the scrap heap .. but I support AW's style of being supportive when players are down in confidence .. this trust and belief in players, although risky, pays in the long run .. If I was a manager, I would do the same ..

I don't think anyone's not being chilled. I think that some of us just think that Big Phil has been, to be kind, a bit dodgy at the back this season.

We may be keeping clean sheets, but a ball over the top and Big Phil is taken out of the game. I know it's not just me who thinks it. Big Phil is not my whipping boy, but I am being critical of his performances this season.

I do find it strange that we want to remember Gallas's injury but are happy to forget Eduardo's sick record this season along with Rosicky's last season!

Sorry but Swiss Phil is not a top class centre back!

Fuck me look at his face during a game....its like he is about to be attacked at any moment by a polar bear!

Sorry but he might be down on confidence but that does not excuse his lack of ability. So he has had a couple of decent games, remember that we are judging decent by the fact that he has not made a calamatous fuck up that has cost us the match. Would you sign Titis Bramble if he went three games without costing his team a goal??????Like fuck would you!!!!

Young Tony Adams? Hmmm, that's a bit of an optimistic comparison to say the least. Arsenal fans are allowed to criticise players if they feel their performances are not what they should be...or has Uzmanov taken over already and thus ushered in the new Communist regime?!

To even think about a comparrison to TA is ridiculous!

Swiis Phil has not once fallen down the stairs in a nightclub and has at no time parked his car on somones front wall after a quiet barbeque!

Yes I remember a young Adams and no I don't like sticking the knife in, but don't try and tell me to sing the praises of a player that is in my opinion not up to the grade. Don't blame me for having such high expectations, blame Wenger. Sorry but Baffoonderos is not in the same class as any other player currently in the squad and I only have his performances to go on. Yes love the shirt but don't try and sell me a burger and tell me it is steak.

We only bought Song to not cause Spurs further embarrassment, but that said they seem to have gone and done it without  him.
