5 things we love about walcott

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

1) He is English
2) He is as fast as fuck
3) Can play as a winger or striker
4) He is young
5) He has added some strength to his game and is harder to shrug off the ball now.

He wants to watch videos of Ryan Giggs and start to emulate Giggs work rate. He'll never match his skill but he could start to track back and tackle and that would be a big help !!

Learning to cross the ball would be a huge step forward as well

His finishing, at times, is little short of woeful at the mo

He needs to be aware of blind alleys and stop fcuking running down them :banghead:

He needs to get himself out of the media interviews and knuckle down and improve so that the performances actually match the hype

1. he's got pace.
2. er... did I mention he's got pace?
3. um... pace, anyone...?
4.
5.

But he can improve hopefully and become a complete player. Seems level headed enough to make the effort and not go all billy big bollocks...

Theo's got serious pace & that's about it..we've had 3 years watching him now..his goal talley, assists, passing ability & finsishing is'nt very good & goes very quiet in the games that really matter.

I want the lad to progress but just don't see where that skill & footballing brain is gonna come from?
