Blasted ticket exchange

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

NOT SURE IF YOU HAVE ALREADY DONE IT BUT WHY NOT OFFER THE TICKET TO ONE OF THE FORUM REGULARS WHO MIGHT NOT HAVE ONE FOR THAT MATCH? I KNOW IT INVOLVES A BIT OF TRUST BUT OTHERS ON HERE HAVE DONE IT AND IT SEEMS A SAFE WAY OF SELLING ON YOUR TICKET.

Right the latest on this is...just spoke to someone at the box office yes it should have gone live for the Sunderland game but no it wont be because they needed 7 clear working days for the fffing thing to work properly. They announced this would happen in May its now Oct 2nd and it still doesnt flaming work.

Quite right i would sell it on but in this case there isnt a great deal of time...hence this wonderful new facility. Errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr....

arsenal.com now have this:

Arsenal Football Club is delighted to announce the launch of a new pilot ticket scheme for supporters — The Arsenal Ticket Exchange.

This service is currently available for the home fixture against Bolton 20th October 2007

The objective of the Arsenal Ticket Exchange is to allow more Red and Silver Level Members to attend matches by permitting them to purchase seats from Season Ticket Holders who are unable to attend.

Totally agree with IHH, why only take 90% ticket value if selling through the club when you could get 100% tickets value here and have the joy of knowing you have helped a fellow gooner. Registered post for sending your card and Paypal for payment, couldn't be easier.
