As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
Im an odd one, live in a place near Stansted Airport, my Dads side of the family are yorkshire folk. my mums side are londoners n mostly gooners except for 2 chelski season ticket holders, who i claim not to know.
born in high wycombe, moved to cornwall when i was 8, currently living in shitty coventry - arsenal roots stem from my cousin who lives in the boreham wood area - nuff said
I live in a town called Magherafelt in South Derry and started following Arsenal after the '79 Cup Final just because my brother said Manure would win.
I always did like Brady7 and my love just got so big it has became a passion, simple as that
Born in Bethnal Green Hospital, dont know why but lived in Warren Street off the Euston Road for 23 years then moved up to Swiss Cottage in Adelaide Road, then did a silly thing and got married and moved out to Hertfordshire where Ive been ever since. My dad was an ardant gooner and took me to my first game at Highbury when I was 9 and went many times with him and when I got older I went with mates and used to stand on the North Bank - what a crack that use to be, some real funny comedians then. Went to a load of home games in 70-71 and always remember Charlie George's goal against Newcastle nearly the same as the one he scored at Wembley against Liverpool, aah those were the days, anyway my three grown up kids are gooners and my little grandson is a gooner so there's four generations of gooners in my family and my dear old mum who is 93 is a gooner bless her
