At 1.04pm the Box office said they will be there at 1pm Doh! Then she said give it to 2pm. Then when I said I had someone waiting she put me on hold. In the meantime there was on knock on the door.

Right if you have special delivery and it doesnt arrive by 1pm then the person who sent it ( or who paid for the service ) is entitled to claim compensation.
