Le Beret

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Le Beret

Post by SPUDMASHER »

I'm watching the re-run on ESPN of yesterdays game and during the adverts (after 20 minutes!!!!! why do they do that  ) they showed the guy that wears the beret. Isn't his name Micheal or something? He was outside what I assume is his home with all his shirts on a washing line.
I think that's quite a nice touch from ESPN there. It's good to get the fans involved (provided they never do one in Gnus garden   )

He's not outside his home, he's outside the supporters club on Gillespie Road.

I go with him to every game i make, fabulous guy, never seen him EVER say a bad word about anyone.

great thing about him is he always sings pro arsenal songs - he refuses to sing anti (spurs/chavski/manure/cashley) songs and when he hears em trys changing em...

i can vouch for Micheal shirts too, real good company home and away and has plenty of time for a fellow gooner.

Michael is a top guy. I sorted him a ticket to the Cesc Fabregas Show and in return he got me a tile from Highbury with the art deco badge on :barscarf:
