A freind of mine was offered two  season tickets on the top tier behind the goals which he wanted me to go halves in. I would prefer to be on the lower tier if I was going to part with that type of cash but we were wary of refusing them in case we lost our spot.

Anyways I'm 13,000 odd on the list myself so hopefully I'll get the call for a ticket in my own right soon!
About December, I'd imagine, Rodders!

A home defeat to Burnley and I get to pick my seat!! :D

A home defeat to burnley and you would get to pick the team too

Big writing not my choice, seems to have a mind of its own this forum, although db10 would have you believe otherwise
You're just not in the clique, lefty! Er... no, there is no, erm... clique... forget everything I said. Move along, nothing to see here...

Just rang the membership "helpline" as my card still not here.

They said they had a "backlog :? " although all cards are being sent out and should be there by Sat.

(although if they arent call the box office Fri.....)

So, by adding this"should" and "although" makes me think that I and several other thousand peple will be calling up again on Fri.

It seems mine has arrived at the familial home in the N. London fatherland Basil - just to let you know that they are coming - hope you get yours soon.

Has anyone's waiting list number changed when you log-on the arsenal site.

Mine still says the same as last year.

im expecting a big jump up the waiting list this year, especially if people around the 11,000 mark on the waiting list got offered tickets

Mine hasn't changed, still says I'm the same number as last year, and I'm one of the people who got offered a season ticket and took them up on the offer!

And my new card arrived today too.

My season tickets arrived at lunchtime - better late than never.

I had already called the club this morning and was told to call again Friday (if they hadn't turned up) and they would issue me with tickets.

If you know anything about our club and it's internet service don't expect to see you ST waiting list number/place updated until Christmas (I am serious - I think it was doen in December last yera nd they only had a turn of 500 - this years its more like 11,000)

A copy and paste especially for you basil

http://www.arsenal.com/news/news-archiv ... nformation

The majority of you attending the game will be Arsenal Members and as such you will gain entry to the ground by use of your membership card. Please do not forget this as you will be liable for a £10 charge for reprinting your ticket on the day. Your membership card will be the same card as last season unless your membership has altered in any way. Some examples of how your membership might have changed are listed below;

Change of membership type - Red to Silver, New Gold or Platinum, Junior Gunners to Cannon Club and Season ticket seat relocation.

In each of the above cases, there has been a delay in reprinting cards due to technical difficulties. However, all members should have received their new cards by Thursday the 20th August at the latest. If you have not received yours, then please call the Arsenal Contact Centre on 0207 619 5000 (option 1 for ticketing) which is open from 09.30 to 5pm Mon to Fri.

Have just been upgraded from a Red to a Silver.

The "helpline" was more than useless yesterday (Thursday).

They put me through to the Memership Helpline (0844 ARSENAL) who tried to issue me with a card in the post , which I said more than likely wouldn't arrive before Saturday. They then told me to ring 0207 619 5000 option 1, option 4 - the helpline!!! and they could issue me with a card. !(They were going to put a note on my account not to charge me the £10 admin fee for lost cards.) Phoned the helpline, and the very (not) helpful bloke said it would more likely be a paper ticket!!!

Good luck for tomorrow dialsq74.

My shiny new golden ticket for Willy Wenger's factory arrived Wednesday, my fruit pastilles are packed and I'm ready for tomorrow - can't wait! :barscarf: :barscarf:
