30 up for Smooth

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

no not posts but on Monday 15th October. I officially turn old 30 years of age and to be fair I've seen everyting I wanted to see other than being Champions of Europe. so this is the year. anyway my offical Arsenal drinky poo's will be in the rocket before and maybe after the Bolton game

30??? 30???? you lucky fucker, I'm 49 at the end of this month :( but at least I remember the Fairs cup in 1970 and the double in 71 and literally taking the piss, off field :wink: in away games at shite hart lane. On the downside I also remember losing to Swindon in the 69 league cup final :? and 12,000 crowds in 81/82 ish. Have a great birthday mate and enjoy being 30, it's all downhill from now on :wink:

I can hardly remember being thirty! I hit the big half century on the 15th! I hope that parcel force aren't part of the strike, so that all my huge, expensive presents arrive OK!! I also remember most of the 70's. I started going to Highbury when I was nine, just a couple of games here and there. I think the first time I got proper drunk was when i was 14, in the green shed at the back of the North Bank!
